How’s This For A “Quickie”

by Jim Granger on May 29, 2009

Here’s an example of what can be done with The Body Transcendent process coupled with the Homo Spiritus Template.

A few weeks ago my housemate, Patricia, came home with a sprained right ankle.  From the description she gave me of what happened it sounded to me she had a possible “low end” 2nd degree sprain. (I have background as a massage therapist and taught Anatomy & Physiology for years, so I am familiar with sprains and strains.) A 2nd degree sprain usually involves some hemorrhaging and partial tearing of ligaments, a goodly amount of swelling, and total healing can take up to at least 6 months in worse case scenarios.

Patricia’s condition didn’t seem to be a full blown 2nd degree sprain, for her swelling wasn’t excessive and I didn’t notice any major discoloration starting to show up as of yet. It was warm to the touch, the skin was pinkish around the injured area, and she was in pain when she tried to walk or move the ankle, all  indicating an acute stage of injury.

From my years of experience working with people I know that all injuries have a story behind them. There really are no “accidents.” Using The Body Transcendent process I have learned how to access the underlying beliefs  that are the causes for an injury, and then help the person release their story so their psyche and the body (being one and the same thing) can fully heal.

Patricia had already received the Homo Spiritus Template and done some sessions with me so she was familiar with this process. I had her sit down and propped her ankle on my knee so I could put my hands on her ankle energetically. I started by with asking her to place her awareness into her ankle and talk to her “Basic Self” (the primal body consciousness that is very survival based), and let it know that it was safe here and to tell it she was sorry for the injury. After she did that, Patricia spontaneously took a deep breath, and her foot twitched a little, and that let me know her apology was received by the Basic Self.

Then I asked her to tell me what she was thinking about as she was walking down the stairs. Patricia told me she was still upset from the sounds of pain and distress she had heard the other week coming through the basement walls from the next door neighbors. (There is history of abuse between this couple.)

We then proceeded to unravel the story, one layer/thought at a time while I kept Patricia focusing on her body sensations to track and then release the emotional charges associated with the thoughts. The initial upset was just the “tip of the iceberg” as her story unwound itself one step at a time all the way back into her own childhood experiences of abuse.

As she continued to release the memories, her foot would twitch and move around under my hands and I watched as her energy field finally smoothed out calmed down as she reached the end of her-story around this injury.

As I removed my hands I asked her how her foot felt, and Patricia said, “It’s gone! The pain’s all gone! The tingling and numbness in my toes is gone too!”

Delighted, I asked her to move her foot around to test it further, and she moved it easily with no pain! Then she got up and started dancing around the room, and again no pain, no discomfort or weakness in her foot.

I checked her foot the next day and there was no heat to the touch, no redness, no swelling, and she was already running up and down the stairs with ease to show me that it was indeed totally healed!

It’s simply amazing what we’re all capable of doing when we have the proper tools.

Soooo cool, Jim. I am reminded of the work that I did with you. The answers that surfaced were clear and “obvious”, yet elusive to me prior to our session. Hmmmm. Maybe time to see you again for a refresher….Hope all is going well for you. Things are certainly interesting on my front! Elaine

Heya Jim!

Well, I have been extremely caught up in LIFE and because you are a part of my life I feel I need to get back to you.
I think it is indeed time for a trade as I am in need of some transcendant work!

When are we looking at?
Peace, Love and Light
